The electronic digital control of the MILLENNIUM pizza oven measures the temperature of the chamber to 1 degree accuracy. Thus, temperature fluctuations and much less baking results are even better due to improved temperature stability.
The MILLENNIUM series of digital home electronics control saves compared to a manual pizza oven about 15% of energy. Good insulation and an air control system in the chamber of Pzzaofen ensure that as much heat and energy as possible remains in the pizza oven. OEM more than you expect!
The wide range of models MILLENNIUM pizza oven series offers classic oven mass 70x70 cm and 70x105 cm chamber, the version with a wide entrance, and the 105x70 cm transverse slot, and the Maxi Chamber of 110x105 cm for up to 9 pizzas, each 35 cm diameter.
